When I work with your organisation or team, or provide one on one coaching, you can expect:
a personalised approach for your business and your particular culture and circumstances;
development of sustainable solutions;
a focus on innovation and a willingness to think outside the box;
honesty, integrity and values;
straight-talking, clear discussion without consultant jargon or mumbo jumbo; and
to build a long term relationship which transfers knowledge and grows capability.
Walk the walk of business success
I don’t just talk the talk, I walk the walk. And I’ll help you to do the same. My approach to coaching and leadership is reflected in my first book, Do What You Say You’ll Do, a book for new leaders and those reinventing their leadership style.
I understand some of the common fears and barriers to leadership success, and how to defeat them.
With over 25 years as a human resources and leadership specialist, my toolkit includes IECL and ICF coaching accreditation, HBDI Extended Disc, Prosci Change methodology and Lominger Leadership and Team Effectiveness.
I am energetic and innovative. I am business focused, pragmatic and have a ‘can do’ approach. I love working with businesses who want to make a difference, who want to change and improve and who want to see what’s truly possible.
Since 2011, I have been asked to judge the Telstra Business Womens’ Awards and started judging the Telstra Business Awards in 2015.
I am also involved in a number of charities and mentoring progammes in WA and nationally. My most recent board appointment was Bridging the Gap. Giving back when you can is an important part of what I believe in and who I am.
I am a mother to two beautiful little girls, a founding member of the Pets of Older Persons programme (POOPs WA) and a runner training for my first half marathon. I have travelled and lived all over the world, but am very happy to call Perth home. I love to write, and to read.. a lot! And I love good food.
If you would like to get in contact with me, you can send me a message.
