If change is inevitable, why do we find it so hard
There are so many sayings about change. How it’s inevitable. That change is the only constant in life. If we don’t change, we don’t grow. Etc etc etc.
There are so many sayings about change. How it’s inevitable. That change is the only constant in life. If we don’t change, we don’t grow. Etc etc etc.
If there was one skill that organisations want, it’s the ability to introduce change successfully and sustainably. To have an organisation that is change ready and embraces change. Organisations spend a lot of time and money trying to build a culture that welcomes change rather than resist it.
Change and leadership are inextricably linked. Often leaders are brought in to introduce change, and always change requires great leadership if it is to be successful.
A very long term client is doing renovations which means their security gate has been moved, there is a new process to get in etc
The statistics on failed change efforts are scary. Huge amounts of time and money lost, let alone the potential value of the change not being
