Digging deeper is key. Is it the employee that the Manager doesn’t trust? Or the principle of working from home?
But more fundamental than that, trust is basis of how we decide how we are going to interact with each and every person. It’s a decision we make about each and every person every day.
So today I want to talk about those leaders who don’t have a story that inspires. But who just do their thing, day in day out. Because, it is possible that you are thinking that without an inspirational back story, that your “leadership” doesn’t count. And I want to tell you about how it does. How it counts for so very much.
