By now, you may have seen our profile piece in the Sunday Times. Jaine, my business partner in Help Me HR and I will be writing a weekly column called Human Nature for the Sunday Times; on all things people and work related.
It’s something we are very passionate about, because it’s often the smallest of issues that end up being handled so badly that they become bigger than ben hur.
Approaching a situation in the right way to begin with can have such a big impact on the final outcome. As can acknowledging when things have gone off the rails.
