What Mike Hussey says about TeamWork

Last week I attended a client event, where the fabulous “Mr Cricket” had the opportunity to share his views on the key attributes of a high performing team.

He was remarkably concise in his views; and I think he completely hit the nail on the head (or the bat on the ball!)..

So, Mike Hussey’s list:

That everyone knows their role within the team;
That input is sought and welcomed from all within the team, from the most junior to the most senior;
That there is a strong work ethic; and
That there is strong leadership

I have previously written on the attributes of a high performing team, and there is some overlap between my view and that of Mr Cricket.
